This Seeking Tech guide will explain how you can invert the default camera in Jak and Daxter.
For the first step, press the Options button to open the emulator menu.
You then need to select Settings.
Afterwards, select Customize Button Assignment.
You should then select Presets.
You can then select Invert Right Stick Horizontally.
The camera should now move in the same direction as your right analog movements.
