For the first step, make sure you beat the main campaign and have the latest patch installed. You should unlock the Rising Heat level in the Stellar Speedway galaxy.
To get this trophy, you need to beat the blue bird to the stage exit. Your opponent should take around 90 seconds to finish.
To make things easier, you can turn on the Controller Tilt Assist feature from the pause menu. This will disable motion controls, which means you no longer have to tilt the DualSense.
Afterwards, go through the obstacles quickly and you should easily beat the blue bird.
