For this stage, it is best to stay near the edge, which should give you time and space to dodge the shockwaves created by the bells.
Focus on dodging the shockwaves first before using your laser legs to create a circle around the central platform. Two of the bells will attack closer together, so you should only need to jump twice whenever all three attack.
You should be able to knock off the central platform as long as you stay patient and focus on where you land.
