This Seeking Tech guide will explain how you can beat the Tama Trio in Astro Bot. Use the following video as a reference:
At the start of the fight, run over to the pool of liquid and then use your power-up to suck it up.
Afterwards, you should run towards the boss.
When the purple stream from the middle bird passes above you, jump and then use your power-up. Once you reach the apex, use your power-up and then jump to the side. At the top level, use your power-up again to get to the top of the enemy.
Next, hover over the egg and then use your power-up to defeat the top bird.
During the second phase of the fight, the two remaining birds will rotate more quickly and move around the arena. If you are aggressive, you should be able to get to the top before they begin to start moving at an accelerated pace.
For the third phase, the remaining bird will rotate and move around at a much faster rate. If you remain aggressive, then you should be able to get to the top before it can build up any speed.
