This is found when you fly into the planet. You need to hit the gold cobra to get the puzzle to spawn.
You won’t be able to hit the cobra if you are going at normal speeds. Instead, you need to use your boosters by holding the L2 and R2 buttons. You can then get the puzzle piece.
