This Seeking Tech guide will show you how to turn off cross-platform play in the PlayStation 5 version of Zenless Zone Zero. In order to do so, you need to do the following:
1. To start off, make sure you play through the first part of the tutorial until you arrive at your base in the video store.
2. From there, bring up the pause menu by pressing the Options button on the DualSense controller.
3. You then need to select Options.
4. Afterwards, select Account.
5. In the Account section, you should see the following setting:
Only match with users of PlayStation Network for multiplayer.
6. Make sure it is set to Enable in order to turn off crossplay.
