VIZIO Quantum Pro VESA Mounting Pattern
The four screw holes located on the back of your Quantum Pro is needed to attach the wall mount. The VESA Mounting Pattern refers to the horizontal and vertical distances of these evenly spaced holes.
Both the 65-incher and 75-incher use 400 mm x 300 mm.

As for the type of screws you should be using to attach the mount to your television set, VIZIO recommends using M8 at 15 mm.
What wall mounts are compatible with the VIZIO Quantum Pro?
To recap, for a wall mount to be supported by the VIZIO Quantum Pro, it needs to be strong enough to hold the weight of the TV. These sets can weigh as much as 58.25 pounds or 26.4 kilograms.
The mounting bracket should also be able to fit the VESA Mounting Pattern screw holes on the back side of the screen. Both the 65-inch and 75-inch models use the 400 mm x 300 mm pattern.
