This secret was recently revealed by a developer at Insomniac Games. To unlock it, you need to take the following steps:
Use the following video as a visual aide:
1. Go to the security gate at Zurkie’s Bar.
2. Facing the gate with a weapon, shoot at the left sign 5 times.
3. You then need to shoot at the right sign 4 times.
4. Afterwards, shoot at the left sign again 13 times.
5. Go to the mechanical bull ride in Zurkie’s Bar. If you shoot the signs correctly, then you should see a prompt to ride the mechanical bull.
To stay on the bull, move the right analog stick up and town to keep it as centered as possible.
