Controls

Both the HP ScanJet Pro 2000 s2 and HP ScanJet Pro 3000 s4 come with three simple controls that let you scan, cancel as well as power the device on and off.

The HP ScanJet Pro N4000 snw1 uses home, return and on/off power buttons. It also utilizes a 2.8″ Color Touch Screen where you can send scanned files to the computer, email or network folder. You can also set up reserved jobs, Wi-Fi direct and more.

Built-in OCR

The three HP Sheet-Feed Scanners are also equipped with a built-in OCR (Optical Character Recognition). With this feature, the  products will convert the printed characters in the media into texts in compatible word processing programs.
