This Seeking Tech tutorial will explain how you can get the Crate Expectations trophy and achievement.
To unlock this, you need to “open all BSAA containers.”
This can be done after you complete the Underground Parking area. When you open the garage door, a cutscene will play shortly afterwards. At the end of it, Leon will find BSAA Container Key.
The first two containers can be unlocked right away. You can find one inside the Central Camp and the other on the far east side of Raccoon City East map.
For the last crate, you need to complete the Gas Station area to get the gas canister. You can then use the canister to unlock the area to the northeast of Central Camp. Follow the path underground to go back to the starting area of Raccoon City East, where the last crate is located. There will be plenty of enemies along the way; so, make sure you are prepared.
