Quick Summary
The Pro and Pro Hydro X Editions of the Corsair MP600 have the highest maximum sequential reading speed and maximum sequential writing speed.
For maximum random reading speeds, the regular MP600 comes out on top. For maximum random writing, the MP600 Pro Hydro X Edition has the highest speed at the 2TB capacity while the MP600 Pro has the top speed at the 1 TB capacity.
The regular MP600 easily has the best endurance, with the highest TBW, out of this group while the MP600 Core is the most reliable with the highest MTBF.
For cooling, the MP600 Pro Hydro X Edition is equipped with the Hydro X Series XM2 water block while the MP600, MP600 Core and MP600 Pro are equipped with an aluminum heat sink.

All four editions of the Corsair MP600 use the M.2 2280 form factor.
Cooling
For cooling, the MP600, MP600 Core and MP600 Pro come with a built-in aluminum heatsink while the MP600 Pro Hydro X Edition comes with a Hydro X Series XM2 water block.
Interface

The MP600 Pro and MP600 Pro Hydro X Edition are tied with having the best maximum sequential reading speed. The 2TB versions of both are 2050 MB per second faster (or 41.41% faster) than the 2TB versions of the MP600 and MP600 Core.

The regular MP600 easily has the best endurance out of this group. With the 2TB MP600, you should be able to write 2400 TB more data than the 2TB MP600 Pro and 2TB MP600 Pro Hydro X Edition in addition to 2700 TB more data than the MP600 Core.
With the 1TB MP600, you should be able to write 1100 TB more data than the 1TB MP600 Pro and 1575 TB more data than the 1TB MP600 Core.

Reliability for the MP600 solid state drives is measured as Mean Time Between Failures, which measures how long an SSD is expected to remain functional in between two critical hardware failure events.
