To unlock this, you will need to “CQC Interrogate an enemy.”
To do so, go up close to a guard, preferably from behind. Without holding the left analog, hold R2 (New Style controls) or Circle (Legacy Style controls).
If done correctly, you should be able to hold onto the enemy. If you press L3 afterwards, you should be able to unlock this trophy and achievement.
