This Seeking Tech tutorial will show you how to get the Ralph Called trophy and achievement.
For this to unlock, you need to Create the “make Snake throw up.”
The easiest way to do so is to open the Cure menu. From there, hold the left analog stick in either the left or right direction for around a minute.
Afterwards, exit the menus and go back into the game. If done correctly, Snake should throw up.
