The Lexar Professional 1667x SDXC UHS-II Card comes in three capacity options as you have a choice between 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB. The Lexar Professional 2000x SDHC/SDXC UHS-II Cards come in three capacity options: 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB.

Ultra High-Speed Bus Interface
The Lexar Professional 1667x and Lexar Professional 2000x both use the UHS-II bus interface.
Backwards Compatible Ultra High-Speed Bus Interface
The two memory cards in this versus guide are also backwards compatible with the UHS-I bus interface although your speed will be limited when compared to the UHS-II.
File System
Apart from the 32 GB Lexar Professional 2000x card, which uses the SDHC file system, all the other capacities use the SDXC file system.
Speed Class
The Lexar Professional 1667x and Lexar Professional 2000x have a speed class rating of Class 10, which means that both cards have a minimum sequential write speed of at least 10 MB per second.
UHS Speed Class
For the UHS speed class, the Professional 1667x and Professional 2000x also received the same U3 rating. This means that the two storage devices have a minimum sequential writing speed of at least 30 MB per second.
Video Speed Class
The Professional 1667x has a video speed class rating of V60, which means that it has a minimum sequential writing speed of at least 60 MB per second. This is good enough to capture 4K videos in the best quality. The same speed is also good enough to capture 8K video of good quality.
The Professional 2000x has a video speed class rating of V90 as it has a minimum sequential writing speed of at least 90 MB per second. This is good enough to capture 4K and 8K videos at the best quality.
Maximum Read Speed
When it comes to the maximum read speed, the 2000x memory card is 50 MB per second faster (or 20% faster) than the 1667x memory card.
