This can be done when playing as either Grace or Leon. When using a handgun, this mini boss will require a lot of bullets. Instead, you may want to sneak up behind him and use the Hemolytic Injector for an instant kill.
If this is your first time using the Hemolytic Injector, then you will also earn the Fatal Dose trophy and achievement.
