This Seeking Tech guide will show you how to get the Internal Dispute trophy and achievement in Resident Evil Requiem.
To unlock this, you need to “make a zombie attack another zombie in the hospital wards.”

The first opportunity to get this is by finding an empty bottle at the Dining Room. Later on, you should arrive at the Waiting Room. There should be a maid zombie and a blind patient zombie that is very sensitive to noise.
Before doing anything else, make sure you manually save. On the opposite end of the Waiting Room in a door that can be unlocked to create a shortcut to the Central Hall, which connects to the Guard Office safe room. So, you should try sneaking to the opposite door without making any loud noises. Do not break the wooden crate as you will need it.
Once you are ready, break the wooden box and then quickly make your way to the door that leads back to the Central Hall. Try to stay hidden as the maid zombie can spot you.
Both zombies should make their way to where the wooden box was. Once they are close, throw the Empty Bottle to trigger the patient zombie to attack. If he hits the maid, then you should unlock Internal Dispute.
If his attack failed to connect, or they weren’t in the correct position, then reload your save and then try again.
