If you accidentally enabled the text-to-speech menu narrator in Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II, then you can check out this Seeking Tech guide to see how you can disable it.
1. Head over to the Settings menu in the game.
2. You then need to Audio.
3. Afterwards, select Accessibility.
4. You should now be in the Accessibility section of the Audio menu. Here, you can set the Menu Narration to Off.
Alternatively, you can leave Menu Narration to On, and then set the Menu Narration Volume to 0.
