Step 1: Head to the STARS Office. You can get there from the ladder in the Reception room.

Step 2: Inside the STARS Office, examine the photos in the cabinet near the entrance as well as on the jacket.

Step 3: Head back to the first floor and then kill the zombie that should spawn next to a vending machine.

Tofu should then appear in one of four locations. Check the video to see the potential spawn points. You may need to run around between these locations to get it to appear.
