1. Go to the Settings menu in the game.
2. From there, select Graphics.
3. You then need to go to Accessibility.
4. Use the Motion Blur slider, which is set to a maximum value of 10 by default, to reduce this visual effect. To completely turn off this feature, set the Motion Blur setting to 0.
