Thanks to a new stealth update, you can now rate games that you owned, downloaded from PlayStation Plus or downloaded for free directly on the PlayStation 5. To see how you can give a numerical review to a game, you can take a look at this tutorial from Seeking Tech.
1. For the first step, you need to head over to the product page for the game you are trying to rate.
If you already have the game installed on the home screen, then you need to move the cursor over to its icon and then navigate downwards. Afterwards, select the “…” option and then select View Product.
If the game is not on the home screen, select Game Library. You can then select the game, select the “…” option and then select View Product.
2. After getting to the product page, select the user rating section, which is underneath the game’s title.
3. Select the Ratings box on the next screen.
4. You then need to select Rate.
Note: if you have not downloaded the game yet, then you won’t be able to rate it.
5. You can then be able to rate the game from a scale of 1-to-5 stars.
6. After selecting the star rating, select the Submit option to send in your review.
7. You can repeat these steps over again if you want to re-rate the same game down the line.
