How to clean the Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+ and S22 Ultra

In order to properly clean your Samsung Galaxy S22, Samsung Galaxy S22+ or Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, we recommend that you take the following steps:

1. To start off, unplug any cables and/or accessories you have attached to your smartphone.

2. Make sure that you also remove the phone from the protective case if you are using one.

3. Turn off your S22 smartphone.

4. If you believe that your phone has been submerged in any liquid other than freshwater, then you may want to run lukewarm tap water through the device for a minute or two to wash out any potential contaminants.

5. Apply the cleaning solution to the cleaning cloth.

Do not add the cleaning solution directly to the Samsung Galaxy S22, Samsung Galaxy S22+ or Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra as you may end up damaging your device.

You should also make sure that the cloth isn’t overly damp. If it is, then you can try squeezing out any excess liquid before using it on your Samsung phone.

6. Gently wipe away any smudges, dirt and other contaminants from the phone.

7. If you were using a case, then we recommend wiping it clean as well.

8. Once you are done wiping your Samsung smartphone clean, you then need to wait until it dries.

To speed up the drying process, you can improve the air circulation around the device by using a fan.

You shouldn’t use a hair blow dryer or any other heat sources, however, as you may cause overheating and other damages to the S22, S22+ or S22 Ultra.

9. Once the phone has been dried after cleaning, you should be able to safely turn it back on. You can also reattach the case, USB cable as well as other accessories that you previously removed.
