1. Using Bluetooth will heavily drain the battery of your INZONE H7 or INZONE H9. Therefore, we recommend that you utilize the USB transceiver to establish a wireless connection instead if possible.
Once you are connected to the USB transceiver, you should be able to disable Bluetooth. In order to turn off the Bluetooth connection on your gaming headset, you need to press and hold the Bluetooth button for around 2 seconds.
2. If possible, you can also try switch from the SBC Bluetooth Codec to the AAC Bluetooth Codec. By doing so, you should be able to extend the battery life by a couple of hours.
3. Furthermore, you should also make sure you are using the INZONE H7 or INZONE H9 within the recommend operating temperature range of 0 °C to 40 °C (or 32 °F to 104 °F). Outside of this range, the battery could end up depleting faster.
4. When recharging the wireless headset batteries, you should make sure to do so withing a temperature range of 5 °C to 35 °C (or 41 °F to 95 °F). If you try to charge outside of this range, then you may end up shortening the battery’s lifespan.

7. The Sony INZONE H9 comes with a Noise Cancellation and Ambient Sound Mode. While both of these features can be very helpful depending your listening needs, they will also drain a lot of battery charge.
If you want to disable these features in order to extend the battery life of your INZONE H9, you need to press the NC/AMB button until you hear a notification saying that both Noise Cancellation and Ambient Sound Mode have been disabled.
8. It is important to note that the internal battery of the INZONE H7 and INZONE H9 will lose its ability to hold a charge after many discharge and recharging cycles. This aging process occurs on all rechargeable batteries.
