When trying to access mods in the Creation menu for the Xbox version of Starfield, the game may get stuck in an infinite reloading loop. This prevents you from downloading, disabling and deleting any mods from within the game.
To fix this issue, you can try doing the following steps:
1. Press the Xbox button on the controller to bring up the Xbox Guide menu.
2. Move the cursor over to Starfield and then press the menu button on the controller.
3. Select Manage game and add-ons from the drop-down menu.
4. Select Saved Data.
5. Select Reserved Space.
6. Select Clear Reserved Space.
7. Reboot the game.
All the mods that were previously installed will now be deleted. You should be able to use the Creations menu again without the infinite reloading glitch.
