How to forget Halo View Bluetooth pairing
First off, you need to forget the Bluetooth pairing of the Amazon Halo View on your Android or iPhone device.
If you have an Android device, you need to do the following:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Connected Devices.
3. Tap the gear wheel next to the Halo View.
4. Tap Forget.
If you have an iOS device, you can take the following steps:
1. Head to Settings.
2. Select Bluetooth.
3. Select the Halo View.
4. Select Forget this Device.
How to de-register Halo View from Amazon Halo app
Next, you need to de-register your Amazon Halo View fitness tracker from the Amazon Halo app by taking the following steps:
1. Open the Amazon Halo app on your device.
2. Inside the Halo app, tap Setting at the bottom of the screen.
3. After getting to Settings, select your Halo View from the Device section.
4. In the Halo View page, select Deregister Band.
5. Inside the pop-up notification, select Remove Device & Sign Out.
If you don’t plan on using the Amazon Halo View (or other Amazon Halo products) ever again, then you can delete the Amazon Halo app from your device as you won’t be able to use it with a Halo.
