Thanks to a new patch, you can now disable the first-person point of view when having conversations in Starfield. To see how you can properly do so, you can check out this guide at Seeking Tech.
1. If you haven’t done so already, make sure you download the latest patch for the game.
2. You should then open the Data Menu in Starfield and then select System > Settings > Accessibility.
3. From there, scroll down to Dialogue Camera.
4. Make sure the Dialogue Camera is set to Off.
