This Seeking Tech guide will show you how to cancel your PlayStation Plus Essential, Extra, Deluxe or Premium subscription online if you can’t access a PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 console.
1. You first need to go to the official PlayStation Store website from a browser of your choice.
2. You then need to select the Sign In option.
3. When logging in, you need to use the PlayStation Network account that is currently paying for PlayStation Plus.
4. Afterwards, click on your profile icon on the top right.
5. Select Subscriptions Management from the drop-down menu.
6. Select the Cancel option under your PlayStation Plus subscription.
7. You can then select Confirm Cancellation.
