At the start of the fight, the boss will try to attack you with his claw. You can either stagger him while he is running towards you or wait until he is about to attack in order to parry him.
Afterwards, try to stay far away from the Super Tyrant. If possible, avoid getting close to any of the cars since the boss can toss them around if he is nearby.
The lone exception to this rule is when he is holding a car above his head. When you see this, run over to another car to quickly take cover.
In some instances, the Super Tyrant will jump on top of a top. Try to quickly deal enough damage to stagger him before he gets off a jump attack, which is otherwise tricky to avoid. If you have any, a Requiem round to its weak spot should be enough to stun him.
Otherwise, try to stay far away from the boss while you shoot his weak spot. While you can parry his melee attacks, it is a little risky, especially during his attack combos.
