This Seeking Tech guide will show you how to add emotion to the AI text-to-speech voices of Clipchamp.
In order to find this feature, you need to click on the Advanced Settings section in the Text-to Speech box.
Keep in mind that emotions are only supported for selected voices. Currently you can pick between the following:
- Aria
- Davis
- Guy
- Jane
- Jason
- Jenny
- Nancy
- Sara
- Tony
If you try using another voice, then the Emotion option will be completely greyed out.
Depending on the compatible voice selected, the available Emotions may differ slightly as well.
Once you are done selecting an Emotion, preview the text-to-speech output. If you are satisfied with the results, you can save it to the timeline and then export the file.
