I recently got a chance to try out Hazard Pay on the PlayStation 5 Pro, thanks to a review copy provided by Numskull Games.
You can find my gameplay video below:
You can also check out my first impressions of Hazard Pay below:
Pros:
- Dark and challenging block-pushing puzzler.
- Fast undo and restart options.
Cons:
- None.
Overall:
Hazard Pay is a puzzle game where your job is to clean up any hazardous waste and get rid of any evidence. In order to clean, you have to push a mop through any blood stains, including the ones left behind by your footsteps.
Keep in mind that you can only push objects as pulling is not allowed. This means that objects can become trapped in the environment, so you have to plan your next move carefully.
Thankfully, you can instantly undo your previous actions. You can also immediately restart from the beginning of the level.
The foreboding atmosphere also adds to the experience as you question if what you are doing is right.
Overall, Hazard Pay is a dark and challenging block-pushing puzzle game. If you are a fan of the genre, then make sure to check this one out.
