I recently got a chance to play around an hour of Kaiju Big Battel: Fighto Fantasy, thanks to a review code provided by Electric Airship.

Kaiju Big Battel: Fighto Fantasy is a 16-bit style JRPG that is based on Kaiju Big Battel, a pro wrestling show that features giant “Kaiju” monsters.
The game starts in a wrestling ring before expanding into multiple eras. As you may expect, the characters are very colorful, talking like what you expect a hyped-up wrestler would talk.
In terms of gameplay, your party members use a mix of Kaiju and Pro Wrestling abilities. Outside of that, the combat and exploration are pretty standard of the genre. With that said, the game is still plenty of fun for what it is.
If you are a fan of classic 16-bit JRPG, then you should give this Kaiju and Pro Wrestling hybrid twist a shot.
