If you haven’t done so already, make sure you download the latest patch and beat the main campaign. This should unlock the Stellar Speedway galaxy and the Spring-Loaded Run level.
For this stage, you need to beat the blue bird to the exit. Your opponent should take around 1 minute and 10 seconds to reach the end, so you should have plenty of time as long as you keep moving.
