This Seeking Tech tutorial will show you how to get the War Has Changed trophy and achievement in Metal Gear Solid Delta.
To unlock this, you need to “start a game in New Style.”
When you start a new game, simply select New Style. The trophy and achievement should then pop when you complete the remaining steps to start the game.
