In order to mute sounds that are played when you are using the dialing pad, utilizing the touch screen, locking the screen or charging your Pixel 6a, you need to take the following steps:

1. Open the Settings App on your Google Pixel 6a.

2. Inside of the Settings menu, you then need to select the “Sound & vibration” option.

3. From the “Sound & vibration” menu, scroll down to the bottom.

4. You will be able to mute the following audio:

  • Dial pad tones
  • Screen locking sound
  • Charging sound and vibration
  • Touch sounds

In order to turn off the camera sound when using your Google Pixel 6a, you need to do the following:
