Instead, you need to pause, force stop or disable the app to stop the “Get to know your Pixel” and “Pixel Tips” notifications from appearing when you use your smartphone.
How to pause the Pixel Tips app on Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro
Pausing the Pixel Tips app will disable these help messages for the rest of the day.
In order to disable the application, you need to take the following steps:
1. On the Home screen, swipe upwards from an empty area. In done correctly, you should bring up a list of apps you have installed on your Pixel 6 or Pixel 6 Pro.
2. Next, tap and hold the Pixel Tips app. Make sure you don’t move your finger around when holding the app.
3. A small pop-up menu should open. Here, tap the “Pause app” option.

Forcing the Pixel Tips app to stop will close it. In addition to preventing the “Get to know your Pixel” and “Pixel Tips” notifications from appearing, this will also free up resources for your phone.

1. Swipe upwards from an unoccupied space on the Home screen to open a list of installed apps.

Disabling the Pixel Tips app should permanently disable the “Get to know your Pixel” and “Pixel Tips” messages. This app will also be hidden from the list of installed apps on your screen.
