What are the 2nd Gen Google Pixel Stand charging modes?

The new Pixel Stand features three charging modes.

The default mode right out of the box is Optimized, which is a balance between the recharge speed and fan noise level.

The Max mode provide the fastest recharging speed possible at the expense of higher fan noise levels.
