This guide at Seeking Tech will show you how to add glitch effects to your photos with LunaPic.
1. To begin, go to the LunaPic website and then upload your photo.
2. Next, hover the mouse cursor over to the Effects tab.
3. You will be able to select Color Glitch or Glitch. You should try both to see which you prefer.
Keep in mind that you can apply one effect on top of the other.
For the Glitch Effect, you can click the ReGlitch option if you don’t like the results. Once you find the result you wanted, click Save and Apply.
4. You can then download the edited photo once you are done.
