LG B9 vs. LG C9: Which is the Better TV for PS5 and Xbox Series X?

Screen Type

Both television sets use an OLED screen. This type of display is the best for gaming as it produces perfect black levels in addition to providing a virtually infinite contrast ratio. So you won’t have to worry about certain scenes looking too dark or bright.

HDMI 2.1 Support

LG B9 vs. LG C9 Input Lag

The LG C9 has most of the advantages, especially pertaining to the PS5 and Xbox Series X, when it comes to latency.

The C9 has the lower input lag, according to tests conducted by RTINGS, with game mode enabled at 1080p resolution/60 Hz refresh rate, 1080p resolution/120 Hz refresh rate, 1080p resolution/120 Hz refresh rate, 1440p resolution/120 Hz refresh rate, 4K resolution/60 Hz refresh rate, 4K resolution/60 Hz refresh rate/10 bit HDR and 4K resolution/60 Hz refresh rate/4:4:4.

The B9 does have lower latency in game mode at 1440p resolution/60 Hz refresh rate and 4K resolution/60 Hz refresh rate with Interpolation.

With that said, a lot of the advantages should be negligible to the end user.
