System Requirements

To use these Chipolo trackers, you need to install the Chipolo App on your smartphone. The app must be active in the background while the Bluetooth connection on your phone must stay enabled.

For the app, you can use an iPhone or iPad that has an iOS of 12 (or later) with Bluetooth 4.0. You can also use an android device that has an Android OS of 7 (or later) with Bluetooth 4.0.

Operating Temperature Range

The four tracking devices have the same operating temperature range, which is from -15°C to 50°C (or 5°F to 122°F).
